Rental Rates And Minimum Rental

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.Minimum rental is ONE day / 24 Hours.Extension above 12 hours will be consider as full day rate.

Operation Hour

• Our operation hours is from 9am until 9pm daily.Vehicle delivery and collection only will be treated in this period.
• However Overnigt fee RM50 will be charged for a request to deliver or collect vehicle outside working hours under consideration of responsible person.

Delivery And Collection Fee

• Delivery and collection within 10 KM radius will be FREE of charge. Delivery and collection above 10KM will be charges of MYR1.00 / KM.
• The hirer will be informed for the additional charge for delivery and collection.

Vehicle Collection

• In the event of vehicle collection,the Hirer is required to bring a photocopy of identity card/passport , driving licences,business card,employee id or any relevant document to verify the hirer's homes or working place address
• The Hirer also is remind not to send others representative to collect the vehicle.
• The hirer is required to check rental vehicle and inform to our responsible person immediately if found any damages or missing parts on the vehicle.
• Any damage or missing part that is not reported earlier will be considered under the hirer responsibility.

Method of payment

• We do accept cash deposit,cash on delivery and online banking.However funds must have cleared in our account by the payment deadline.
• A full payment of rental is required upon commencement of rental. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic cancellation of your reservation.

Driving Licence

• A valid driving licence is mandatory required and must be hold by the Hirer at least 2 years.
• An international driving license in English is preferred for non-Malaysian citizen.

Booking Fee

• The amount of minimum RM100 booking fees is required as a confirmation to book our vehicle.
• Its not refundable if the Hirer failed to show up or cancel their rental request at any time.
• Any changes of rental date must be done at least 24 hours before original rental date to avoid booking fee burn.

Security Deposit

• The hirer is required to pay a security deposit of minimum MYR100 or higher subject to car category and rental duration. 
• The security deposit will be refunded upon returned of the vehicles if no damages had occured and no summons had appeared during the rental period.

Insurance And Excess Fee

• For any event of accidents or car theft,the Hirer is required to contact our representatives to inform us first before any action taken.
• All of our vehicles are fully insured with standard motor vehicle insurance policy.
• However the Hirer accepts responsibility to repair and change to new original parts on any items that are damaged,scratch,broken, lost or stolen during the rental period on the Hire own fund
• In the case of serious/major damaging or car theft happen to the rental vehicle that require us to claim compensation from Insurance Company,the Hirer is responsible for Excess Liability not exceeding RM2000 for Group A , RM3000 for Group B , RM5000 for Group C and RM10000 for Group D
• A police report should be made within 24 hours after the accidents or from the time you’ve found out the theft or loss. The police report should be obtained in writing. 
• All insurance do not apply for damage or lost due to careless action, negligence, illegal or improper use of the vehicle. 
• The insurance also not cover for tyre punctures, burst tyres and loss or damage to the vehicle accessories.

Traffic Offenses

• The Hirer is responsible to pay all fines and court costs for violating parking traffic requirement or the other legal offences during the rental period.

Penalties for Prohibited Act

• The Hirer is prohibited from smoking,bringing pets,drinking alcohol,bringing smelly fruit (durian/cempedak etc) and doing indecent things while using our vehicle.
• Penalty fee RM200 will be charge if the Hirer be found violent the rules
